Radiator connection box piped, insulated, order-ready.
A radiator connection box is a factory-piped XPS insulating body that brings the flow and return for the radiator ready into the wall. SANOOX makes it in 17 versions for masonry and drywall, for 31 pipe systems in 16 or 20 mm.

17 boxes · dimensions in mm, drawings schematicWhat is a radiator connection box?
A factory-piped insulating body that positions the flow and return for the radiator in the wall. At SANOOX it is made of XPS, the pipe of the chosen system is foamed in; the box comes in 17 versions for masonry and drywall.
What is the difference between a radiator connection box and a radiator connection block?
The connection box comes ready-piped and is not tied to any pipe system. A radiator connection block belongs to its manufacturer's system and is connected to the line on site. Anyone already laying a system chooses the box with exactly that pipe at SANOOX.
Can a radiator be connected from below?
Yes, valve radiators are built for it. The radiator connection box brings the flow and return to that point; SANOOX offers it with a straight pipe or in a U shape, short or long.
What pipe size does the Radiator connection box use?
16 or 20 mm, depending on the variant; with Roth pipe 17 instead of 16 mm. PP pipe (Aquatec, Harreither and Kelit Kelen) is available only in 20 mm. Not every box shape comes in every size; the dimension table shows what applies to each box.
How is the article number structured?
It is built from Box, Pipe system and Dimension. Example M12.0700.22.16: Box M12.0700 (Heizkörper lang, U-Form, Massivbau), Pipe system 22 (Viega Raxofix), 16 mm. The configurator shows the finished number.
Where do I order the Radiator connection box?
Through your plumbing and heating merchant, using the full article number; SANOOX does not supply end customers. Build project lists in the configurator and send them to SANOOX as an enquiry.

Connecting a radiator from below
Valve radiators have the connection at the bottom, so the flow and return come out of the wall directly beneath the radiator. The radiator connection box sets exactly this point: it is placed in the wall, the pipes are foamed in at the factory.
SANOOX offers two pipe routings for this: a straight pipe and a U shape, each as a short or long box. Both are also available with an additional electrical conduit. In addition there are boxes with continuous pipe routing, boxes for valve radiators on the left or right and a long box for CHP units and underfloor heating with a straight pipe.
The drawing on the data sheet of each box shows which shape suits the wall and the radiator.
