Brass wall-plate elbows, insulated multilayer composite pipe and the trap bend are held firmly in the XPS foam. Suitable for 31 pipe systems and leak-tested at the factory.
Into the brick wall.
Cut the chase, set the box in, plaster it in. The connections sit at the right dimensions, and the pipes leave the bottom of the box and run into the floor.
Behind it: precision.
Once installed, the box disappears into the wall for good. That is why we make it accurate to a tenth of a millimetre, using CNC machines and robots, box after box.
In front of it: your bathroom.
Fit the washbasin, fit the tap. From bare shell to finished bathroom with no improvising at the wall.

What has to fit on site is made by machine in our plant, so nothing is left to improvisation at the wall.
- CNC
- The milling machine cuts the pipe channels straight from the CAD data, with tolerances in the tenth-of-a-millimetre range.
- Robotics
- A robot arm lays the pipes. Box after box, the connections end up in exactly the same position.
- Foaming mould
- The pipes are foamed in: insulated, fixed and ready to install.
